Yes — our waterproof vinyl stickers are printed with pigment ink and laminated (for most of them). They’ll survive rain, splashes, sweat, the dishwasher (occasionally) and other elemental exposures… within reason.

Did you peel from the front? Does the thing that came off look transparent? You might’ve peeled the lamination.

We suggest peeling from the back. We laminate most stickers to improve durability and waterproofing.

Also yes — for most household dishwashers.
Our waterproof vinyl stickers typically survive regular cycles thanks to waterproof vinyl, strong adhesive, and protective laminate.

However:

• Extremely hot / industrial dishwashers
• Harsh detergent cycles
• Surfaces that bend or flex

…may shorten sticker life.
For maximum longevity, we still recommend handwashing.

We ship to most places in the Philippines as long as J&T can reach it.

We ship nationwide via J&T. Shipping rates depend on order value and location

Most orders are shipped out on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.

We’ll try to ship out your order on the closest ship out day if your merch is already in stock. If we need to print a new batch for you, please give us 1-2 days for production from your order. We’ll ship them on the next available ship out day.

Generally no, except for cases required under Philippine consumer protection law.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size/design submitted by the customer
• Peeling caused by removing the laminate instead of the backing
• Damage from misuse (dishwasher extremes, rough surfaces, bent edges, etc.)

If we shipped the wrong item or there’s a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Peeling the laminate instead of the sticker is not a defect. 🙂

If your package arrives crushed, wet, or tampered with, please document it immediately.
We’ll assist with courier coordination, but replacements depend on case assessment.

• Apply on a clean, dry, smooth surface
• Avoid heavily textured or flexible areas
• Safe for water and handwashing
• Dishwasher-friendly, but handwash if you want maximum lifespan
• Avoid surfaces that constantly rub or friction (e.g., pocket zones)
• Maximise contact for corners (they’re the first to give up)
