These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services offered by Stick At Your Own Risk (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new features or tools added to the site will also be subject to these Terms.
2. Products & Orders
All our products are designed, printed, and packed in small batches. Product images on the website are for reference only — color, texture, and finish may vary slightly due to screen differences, print variations, or lamination type.
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed in the order they’re received and are considered final once paid.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and subject to change without prior notice. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until full payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, unauthorized payment, or suspicious activity is detected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the Philippines only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary based on courier performance, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to them. We can assist with tracking, but we are not liable for delays, lost, or damaged parcels caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your stickers — but since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong purchase, or personal preference.
However, we will gladly assist if:
- You received the wrong item;
- The item arrived damaged or defective; or
- There was a production error on our part.
To qualify for a replacement, please email us at [your@email.com] within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If approved, we’ll replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered unless a replacement is not possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Stick At Your Own Risk and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure everything we produce is accurate and of good quality. However, by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our products are provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stick At Your Own Risk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, website, or services — including but not limited to sticker adhesion issues, printer color shifts, courier mishaps, or existential dread caused by reading small print.

We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your orders. Your personal information (such as name, contact number, and address) will not be sold, shared, or used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be settled amicably where possible, or through proper legal channels within the jurisdiction of Metro Manila.
